Started Making Monsters...

Today was the first day I actually got started in making monsters! Whoo Hoo! I had already had hints of the monsters, the thing lurking by the backdoor and the thing under the bed, but this is the first full on monster.  It's the hairy, clawed demon in the closet....

I love it, BUT I'm pretty sure there are a few things I want to change. That's for tomorrow's work, when I will create the thing under the stairs and whatever is lurking in the mailbox.
